Tiny Fishing Hole is a gentle fishing and collection game. Hold to lower your hook, drift towards a fish, then release to reel it home.

The expanded Android edition is in testing. Features can differ between test builds. This page supports the six-water release candidate.

Keep fishing at your own pace

Fishing is unlimited. Every landed catch earns Coins and XP. Your first twenty catches each day add a small bonus, refreshed at 4 a.m. on your local device clock. There are no streaks, missed-day penalties or paid fishing turns.

Open Places for the XP and discoveries needed for your next water. Longer lines in Rod reach deeper fish. Completing a collection earns a free themed rod; optional Coin finishes and personal size medals give you more goals.

Remove Ads and restore a purchase

The Android edition offers a permanent Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. The displayed price comes from Play in your local currency. Paying removes interstitial advertising; fish, locations, rewards and progression stay identical.

Open Rod → Help & privacy → Ads & purchases → Restore Purchases while connected, using the same Google Play account. Pending payments unlock Remove Ads after Play completes them. Cancelled or failed purchases grant no entitlement. Verified ownership is retained offline; successful Play refreshes reconcile refunds and revocations.

Purchases are unavailable in the desktop and prototype editions, and for unknown or under-13 age groups. Advertising may be unavailable while the app is being reviewed or if consent/connectivity requirements are unmet.

Google Play Games

From version 1.1.0-rc3, eligible players can check their Play Games connection under Rod → Help & privacy → Google Play Games. Existing profiles can connect automatically; use Sign in to Play Games to try again. Fishing works without signing in. Sign-in alone does not back up progress. From version 1.1.0-rc4, you can enable cloud saves separately. There are no achievements or leaderboards yet.

Manage your Play Games account and delete its data in Google Play Games settings or your Google Account. This feature is available in the Google Play edition for age groups 13–17 and 18 or over. Restart after changing age group so the new startup setting takes effect.

Your saved progress

Your collection, Coins, records and equipment save on your device. In Google Play version 1.1.0-rc4 and later, open Rod → Help & privacy → Google Play Games → Cloud saves → Enable cloud saves to add a backup with your Play Games profile. Use the same profile on another Android device. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local fishing progress. Check that the cloud copy matches before uninstalling. Changes made offline or during a failed sync may not be backed up. If the phone and cloud differ, choose the copy you want to keep; Coins and rewards are not added together. The game retains local recovery copies before a replacement. Restoring a purchase restores Remove Ads separately from your fishing save.

If a catch cannot save, keep the game open, free storage and choose Retry save. The fish and rewards save together before its result appears. A recovered backup may lack the most recent action.

Turn cloud saves off to stop future sync. To erase the cloud copy too, turn syncing off on your devices and delete this game's data in Google Play Games settings. A device stays linked to the Play Games profile used for its backup; if you change profiles, switch back to sync that device's progress. See the privacy policy for details.
